IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE YOU CONTACT US (Please read):

(A) We can create any custom made formula for Spirits. For Energy Drinks we can add additional ingredients to our standard formula.

(B) We can improve on existing products in the market in order to create your own brand.

(C) We can assist you with the type of bottle and label design, however, You will have to provide the final label design.

(D) You are responsible for obtaining label and spirits (liquid) approval in your country. The Melchers Group will provide you with samples and documentation as needed.

(E) Samples cannot be produced until you provide your liquor license number and/or any other license (depending on your country's laws). Samples of our energy drink are available upon request.

(F) Minimum purchase will depend on the (a) Spirit and/or (b) Type of bottle. These minimums can range from 12,500 bottles to 100,000 bottles per order/shipment. For private label energy drink the minimum purchase is 250,000 cans per order/shipment.

(G) On some occasions we can produce a small order in order to test the market and present to potential clients.

(H) As with any business, a serious investment of time and money is required, so please make sure you are FINANCIALLY READY!!

(I) If we determine that your idea is a very unique spirit, beer, or energy drink we can (with your permission) introduce it to our current clients and also have our sister marketing company based in the U.S. promote your product on a global basis.
